As a reminder, since the meeting was remote this year, voting for the 2021 HOA Board will take place via mail-in ballot after the meeting. One ballot will be mailed to each unit within the community a few days after the annual meeting. We urge you to return your ballot as quickly as possible once received. A quorum of 33 ballots must be received prior to Dec 18th, 2020 in order to elect a new HOA board of directors.
